COMMUNICATION Communication is the process of sending and receiving messages through verbal or non verbal means including speech or oral communication, writings , graphical representation and signs, symbols and behaviour etc. It is the creation and exchange of meanings . 1. One way communication It is characterised by the absence of feedback from the receiver. One way communication is when a message flows from sender to receiver only. Eg: radio, television 2. Two way communication It involves feedback from the receiver to sender. This allows the sender to know the message was accurately by the receiver. Eg: telephone conversation 3 .
